We had a great time with friends! Explored Coombe Country Park for some fun activities and visited the NEC for an exciting show. The hotel was easy to find, had spacious parking, and clean rooms. Breakfast was solid with good options. this place made our trip enjoyable and stress-free.

Unfortunately, we had to deal with a parking fine due to unclear information at check-in, which was frustrating. I recommend clarifying any parking procedures upon arrival to avoid surprises.

The room was clean and tidy, and the large TV was a nice touch. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but the overall space felt comfortable and welcoming. I really liked that the cot for my toddler was set up quickly by the staff. The bathroom was decent, though I noticed it could use a bit more attention. My son enjoyed watching the rabbits from the window too!
